摘要
为探讨运用思维导图对肛肠科住院患者进行健康教育的效果,选择2016年1~10月在我院肛肠科住院的200例患者进行研究,随机分为观察组和对照组,各100例。观察组运用思维导图方式对患者进行健康教育,对照组采用传统形式进行健康教育。对比2组患者对健康教育内容的知晓度、依从性和满意度。结果显示,观察组患者对健康教育内容的知晓度、依从性及满意度均明显高于对照组,P〈0.05。结果表明,运用思维导图对肛肠科住院患者进行健康教育,方法简便实用,可明显提高患者对健康教育的知晓度、依从性及满意度,效果满意,值得临床推广应用。
In order to explore the efficacy of utilizing mind mapping to take health education to the admit- ted patients in coloproctological department this study selected 200 patients admitted in authors" coloproc tological department from Jan. to Oct. of 2016 as research objects and randomly divided them into observa- tion group and control one, 100 cases for each; utilized mind mapping to take health education to the pa tients of observation group, meanwhile to the patients of control group still performed traditional style to do so; then compared the knowledge degree on health education contents, the compliance and the satisfac- tion degree between two groups.As results,the knowledge degree on health education contents,the compli ance and the satisfaction degree of the patients of observation group were all significantly higher than that of control group( P〈0.05).Results show that the mind mapping is practical and simple easy for taking health education to the patients admitted in coloproctological department, and can significantly uplift pa- tient's knowledge degree on education content,compliance and satisfaction degree,thus worthy to be popu- larized and used clinically.
