以肾脏外伤为首发症状的肾母细胞瘤(附5例报告并文献复习)

Nephroblastoma presented with trauma of kidney after injury:report of five cases and literature review

目的:探讨总结以肾脏外伤为首发症状的肾母细胞瘤的病例特点。方法:回顾分析5例以肾脏外伤为首发症状的肾母细胞瘤的病例。结果:5例以肾脏外伤为首发症状的肾母细胞瘤早期表现主要为腰腹部疼痛及贫血,随肿瘤出血程度不同临床表现严重性不同。结论:以肾脏外伤为首发症状的肾母细胞瘤诊断主要依靠查体、彩超、CT等,必要时肾动脉穿刺造影第一时间可提供诊断及治疗。术前肿块穿刺活检是确诊本病的金标准。该病治疗目前提倡综合治疗及个体化治疗方案。

Objective：To find out the characteristics of Wilms＇ tumor presented with renal trauma and obtain the good management of these patients.Method：The five clinical cases of pediatric Wilms＇ tumors were studied and literature about Wilms＇ tumors was reviewed.Result：The main symptoms are always pain of abdomen or anemia.The serious is related to the degree of renal trauma.Conclusion：The diagnosis of Wilms＇ tumor presented with renal trauma should be relay on examination,ultrasound and computed tomography.Renal arteriography can display the origin of hemorrhaging,at the same time effective embolism can be given to the patient.Biopsy of mass is the gold criterion of preoperative patient.It＇s suggested that comprehensive and individual therapy should be given to these patients.
