New Conception,New Space and New Momentum of Chinese Regional Development During the“Thirteenth Five-Year Plan”——Summary of Viewpoints Advanced on 2016 Annual Conference of Chinese Regional Economic Society

在2016年中国区域经济学会年会暨"十三五"区域发展新理念、新空间与新动能研讨会上,与会专家围绕区域经济理论与政策、区域发展与开放战略、区域产业转型升级与经济增长、区域城市群建设、精准扶贫与落后地区发展、"一带一路"与区域发展、开放型经济与自贸区建设、区域竞争新格局、飞地经济、经济社会环境协调发展等领域进行了深入交流和探讨,为"十三五"时期我国区域发展战略和政策制度建言献策,反映了我国区域经济研究的最新进展。

This paper summarizes the main academic viewpoints of 2016 annual conference of Chinese regional economicsoci- ety, whose topic for this year is new conception, new space and new momentum of Chinese regional economic development during the “Thirteenth Five-Year Plan”. Academic experts in the conference discussed topics about regional economic theory and policy, regional development and opening strategy, regional industrial transformation and upgrading as well as economic growth, construction of regional urban agglomeration, accurate poverty and backward area development, ＂the Belt And Road Initiative＂ and regional development, the open economy and free trade area construction, new pattern of regional competition, enclave economy, the coordinated development of the economic and social. They also offered advice and suggestions for China＇s regional development strategy and policy institution during the Thirteenth Five-Year Plan, which reflected the latest academic research development on regional economic.
