1981—2015年昆山市学龄期人群肿瘤死亡分析

摘要 目的探讨学龄期人群肿瘤分布规律,为学龄期人群肿瘤预防控制提供参考。方法通过对昆山市1981—2015年学龄期人群234例肿瘤死亡病例按照不同年龄、性别进行构成比分析,揭示其分布规律;通过1984—1986年与2013—2015年2个时段学龄期人群肿瘤死亡率对比分析,揭示其死亡率变化趋势。结果 1984—2015学龄期人群肿瘤标化死亡率下降58.60%,在死因中居第3位。15~19岁构成比明显比其他年龄组高,不同性别构成比差异无统计学意义。肿瘤中白血病占48.29%,居第1位。结论 31年学龄期人群肿瘤防制成绩显著,今后必须把15~19岁作为重点人群、白血病作为重点恶性肿瘤,进一步降低学龄期人群肿瘤死亡率。 Objective To explore the tumor distributions in school-aged population, so as to provide the reference for improving tumor prevention and control. Methods The data of 234 tumor death cases among theschool-aged popula- tion were collected and analyzed with the proportion by age and sex in Kunshan City from 1981 to 2015,to explore the regu- larities of distribution. A contrastive analysis of the tumor mortality rates among the school-aged population were conducted between the period of 1984-1986 and the period of 2013-2015, to explore the variation trend of the mortality. Results The tumor standardized mortality among the school-aged population decreased by 58.6% from 1984 to 2015, ranking the third among other causes of death. The tumor deaths in the 15-19 years old group were significantly more than those in other age groups, but there were no significant difference between the sexes. Leukemia accounted for 48.29% of all tumors, ranking the first among other tumors. Conclusion There is a remarkable achievement in tumor prevention and control among the school-aged populationduring the past 31 years. In order to further decrease the tumor mortality among the school-aged pop- u-lation, the emphasis of prevention and control should be laid on the 15-19 years old group as the key population, and leukemia should be the key malignant tumor of prevention and control.
