摘要
本文针对高铝粉煤灰提取氧化铝联产4A沸石工艺路线开发过程中存在的脱硅液模数低、4A沸石返回液氧化铝含量高、系统补碱等工艺衔接问题进行了探讨,并提出了解决办法,完善了工艺路线,可在大规模工业生产中推广应用。
In this paper, the co - production process of extracting alumina and 4A zeolite from high - alumina fly ash is introduced, low modulus of desilicated solution, high alumina content of 4A zeolite return solution, adding alkali process are discussed, and the solution is given. The completed process can be widely used in large - scale industrial production.
