大掺量拜耳法赤泥轻质保温陶瓷材料的研究 被引量:7

摘要 大掺量拜耳法赤泥轻质保温陶瓷材料的制备以拜耳法赤泥、玻璃粉为原料,钾长石粉为助溶剂,聚苯乙烯为发泡剂。研究了不同批次赤泥对材料性能的影响,并对其微观结构和物相进行了分析。结果表明:赤泥掺量为70%、烧成温度为1060℃时,轻质保温陶瓷材料性能良好(容重为346kg/m^3,热导率为0.09W/m·℃,抗压强度为0.41MPa,不燃性属于A1级,可切可钻)。 The light weight thermal insulation ceramics was prepared by red mud from Bayer process, grass powder as raw material, potassium feldspar powder as fluxing agent, polystyrene as foaming agent. The effects of different batches of red mud from Bayer process on the physical - mechanical were studied, and the microstructure and phase were analyzed. The results showed that the light weight insulation ceramics with 70wt% red mud sintered at 1060℃ had excellent comprehensive properties( bulk density of 345kg/m^3 , thermal conductivity of 0.09W/m · ℃, compressive strength of 0.41MPa, non -combustible belong to A1 and can be drilled, cut by the tools).
