摘要
针对国内某400kA电解系列电解质体系,采用全自动初晶温度测定系统分析了该系列氧化铝原料变化前后电解质的初晶温度,在此基础上,进一步研究了钾盐对电解质体系的初晶温度影响规律。对于研究体系,钾盐含量的增加使电解质初晶温度呈不同程度的降低,当分子比为2.2或2.4时,添加1%的KF,电解质体系初晶温度降低2.25~2.44℃。
According to the electrolyte system of a potline of 400kA in China, liquidus temperature were analyzed by automatic liquidus temperature meas- uring system before and after the alumina material varied. Furthermore, effect of potassium fluoride on liquidus temperature of electrolyte was studied. For the researched system, the liquidus temperature decreased to different extent by addition of potassium fluoride, and it reduced from 2.25 to 2.44℃ for 1% KF when the CR was 2.2 or 2.4.
