摘要
飞机载荷谱飞行实测对确定飞机实际使用寿命、改进飞机结构设计有着非常重要的作用。本文通过试飞方案设计和飞机重心法向过载概率分布确定两部分工作,证明了将试验设计应用到受多重因素影响的飞机载荷谱飞行实测中的合理性、可行性和必要性,最终在同时保证安全性和经济性的前提下实现了优化试飞架次的目标,为未来的新机试飞提供了一条新的方法和途径。
The flight measurement of aircraft load spectrum plays an important role in determining the actual service life of aircraft and improving the design of aircraft structure. In this paper, through two parts work. designing the flight test program and determining the Probability Distribution Function (PPF) curve of nz, proved that it is reasonable, feasible and necessary to apply Design of Experiment (DOE) in aircraft load spectrum flight test measurement affected by many factors. Ultimately, realized the goal of optimizing the number of flight test while guaranteeing safety and economics.
