临终关怀的发展和思考

Development and reflection of hospice care in China

全球癌症发病率和死亡率逐年飙升,中国也正步入快速老龄化阶段,越来越多的个体在面对衰老和死亡的过程中遭受痛苦,缺乏应对。与国外临终关怀相比,我国临终关怀事业在服务对象、内容及提供者、服务形式等方面均存在较大差距。面临如此境遇,中国临终关怀必须进一步明确服务对象及内容,开展多学科合作,实现立体化人文关怀;完善各项政策制度,开创中国临终关怀特有的服务体系,以推动临终关怀事业健康有序地发展。

Global cancer incidence and mortality have soared year by year,meanwhile China is moving to the stage of rapid aging. More and more individuals feel confused and lack of coping strategies when facing aging and death. Compared with hospice care outside,there is a big gap regarding the population that need hospice care,content,provider and service form of hospice care in our country. Under such a sltuation,Chinese hospice care need to improve the following aspects：further clarifying the population that need hospice care,as well as the contents of the service,carrying out multi-disciplinary cooperation,achieving comprehensive humanistic care;optimizing the policy,initiating special hospice service and establishing psychological support systems. Through this way we can promote the development of healthy hospice care in our country.
