基于护理本科生核心能力培养的课程改革效果研究

The effects of curriculum reform based on core competence training of nursing undergraduates

目的探讨基于护理本科生核心能力培养的课程改革效果。方法通过文献回顾和头脑风暴法制订专家函询问卷;应用德尔菲法分别就本科生的核心能力和基于核心能力的课程改革对15名专家进行2轮专家函询;以专家函询结果为基础,进行护理本科生课程设置,改革教学和考核方法;2014年9月—2016年6月,采用改革后的教学方案对某校护理学院2013级56名护理本科生进行教学,比较课程改革前后护理本科生的核心能力。结果课程改革后护理本科生的核心能力得分(t=2.63,P=0.03)、关心维度得分(t=3.47,P=0.02)、评判性思维维度得分(t=4.30,P=0.01)均高于课程改革前。结论通过课程改革,有效提高了护理本科生核心能力中的评判性思维能力和人文关怀能力。

Objective To explore the effects of curriculum reform based on core competence training of nursing undergraduates. Methods The expert consultation questionnaire was developed by literature review and brainstorming. Delphi method was used to consult 15 experts for 2 rounds about the core competence and undergraduate curriculums reform based on core competence. The curriculums,teaching and assessment measures were modified according to the results of Delphi method. During September 2014 to June 2016,the modified teaching program was applied in 56 nursing undergraduates of grade 2013. The Competency Inventory of Nursing Students was used to compare the core competencies of nursing undergraduates before and after the reform. Results Compared with the scores before the reform,the core competence score（t=2.63,P=-0.03）,the caring dimension（t=3.47,P=0.02） ,and the critical thinking and reasoning dimension（t=4.30,P=0.01）of nursing undergraduates were significantly improved. Conclusion Curriculum reform improved the core competence of nursing undergraduates, especially the critical thinking and humanistic caring abilities.
