摘要
根据青岛地铁一期工程(3号线)环境影响评价报告,需要对沿线文物保护单位、居民住宅、学校和医院等振动敏感点采取减振措施,在其中一些敏感点设置钢弹簧浮置板道床.结合地铁隧道结构断面,设计钢弹簧浮置板,并通过有限元软件创建钢弹簧浮置板有限元模型,对浮置板有限元模型进行模态分析和隔振效果研究,并进行了现场测试.结果表明:相对于普通道床,中量级钢弹簧浮置板道床插入损失达到15dB以上,重量级钢弹簧浮置板道床可达18dB以上,二者均具有明显隔振效果.
According to the environment impact assessment report of the Qingdao Metro Line 3 , steel spring floating slab track will be laid at several vibration sensitive places such as the cultural relics protection units, residential buildings,schools and hospitals to reduce vibra-tion caused by metro operation. Steel spring floating slab track is designed according to civil structural condition, and finite element model is established on the study of the modal analy-sis and vibration attenuation, and the test on the vibration attenuation of steel spring floating slab of Qingdao Metro Line 3 has been done on site. The result shows that the insertion loss value of steel spring floating slab track bed is more than 18 dB in high grade and 15 dB in low grade compared to normal integrated track bed, and steel spring floating slab track is good in vibration damping effect.
