摘要
采用瞬态电热理论模型,分析了微尺度热传导效应下微纳米材料热扩散率的测量方法,测量了直径7μm的单根PAN基碳纤维热扩散率并由此导出热导率.在室温下,测量得到3根碳纤维样品热扩散率和热导率,相对偏差均在1%以内.重点分析了辐射对实验结果的影响.在不同温度下,测量得到碳纤维的热扩散率和热导率均随温度升高呈现增长趋势.
Based on the principle of transient electro-thermal technique, the measurement method of thermal diffusivity of micro scale materials under the micro scale heat conduction effect is analyzed. The successful measurements on carbon fiber of 7 μm in diameter are per-formed with the thermal diffusivity and thermal conductivity yielded. Average thermal diffu-sivity and thermal conductivity of three carbon fiber samples are measured at room tempera-ture. The relative deviation is within 1%. The effect of thermal radiation on the experimen-tal results is analyzed. At different temperatures, thermal diffusivity and thermal conductivi-ty of carbon fibers are measured. It is found that both of them increase with the tempera-ture.
