基于卡口系统车牌识别数据的交通状态判别方法 被引量:10

摘要 车牌识别数据是一种新兴的针对城市道路行驶车辆的实时监测数据技术,具有持续生成且数据量大、时间空间相关等特性.利用车牌识别数据进行高效、准确的旅行时间计算,然后进行单车行程速度及区间平均行程速度计算,以平均速度作为判别标准,对交通拥堵的识别方法进行了研究,并进行了实例分析.结果表明,基于卡口系统车牌识别数据的应用可以获得高质量的交通数据,同时交通拥堵识别方法能够准确获得拥堵持续时间、拥堵类型等有用交通信息,从而为交通管理部门提供实时、可靠的决策依据. License plate recognition data is a kind of monitoring data for vehicles running on urban roads,which has such new features as high volume,high velocity and space-time correlation.Using the license plate recognition data for efficient and accurate travel time calculation,it computes travel speed of individual vehicle and link average travel speed.At the average speed as criterion of judging,a method of traffic congestion identification is studied,as is also verified by using measured license plate recognition data on an arterial road of a city in China.The results show that traffic data with high quality can be obtained in the application of monitoring system based on license plate recognition data,and the duration and types of traffic congestion can be obtained with the traffic congestion identification method,which will provide real-time and reliable decision basis for traffic management departments.
