"双一流"大学建设的战略部署,为我国高等教育强国梦的实现提供了明确的战略目标和方向。"双一流"大学建设作为"211""985"工程的继承与发展,将会基本实现高等教育强国的目标。"211""985"工程建设已经使我国高等教育在科技创新、科研产出等方面取得重大成果,缩小了与发达国家高校的差距,但建设工程的也带来了新问题。因此,积极解放思想、发现问题、解决问题、加强教育改革建设,明确"双一流"建设政策、措施、落实方案,成为当下迫切需要落实的任务。

As inheritance and development of '211' '985' projects,the 'Dual first-class' university construction will basically achieve the goal of higher education power.
