国外技能型人才培养及其启示

Enlightenment of the Cultivation of Skilled Talents Abroad

我国急需一批具有高素质、高技能、综合能力强的技能型人才,为国家的经济发展建设服务。但我国在技能型人才培养方面的经验不足,甚至还存在一定的欠缺。文章梳理了国外发达国家在技能型人才培养方面的优势,为我国的技能型人才培养提供借鉴。

We urgently need a batch of talent who have high qualities,high skills and highly comprehensive abilities to serve the country's construction and economy's development. But in our country,there is not enough experience in the training of skilled personnel. Therefore,this paper sorts out the advantages of the training of skilled talent in foreign developed countries in the aim to provide reference for us.
