摘要
师资队伍建设已经成为高职院校内涵式发展的瓶颈因素。师资队伍建设并没有从本质上解决教师科研能力水平低、企业岗位实践经验不足和科技成果的社会服务能力差等问题。文章从人-组织匹配的视角,分析师资队伍建设的内在机制,并得出两点结论:一是教师与学校的匹配是一个动态的交互过程,匹配程度越高,师资建设的效果就越好;二是如何把握教师-学校匹配"度"的问题是未来深入研究的重点。
Construction of the teaching staff has become the bottleneck factor in the connotation development of vocational colleges. Long-term construction of teaching staff can not fundamentally solve such problems as low level of scientific research,lack of practical experience of enterprise position and weak social service ability of scientific and technological achievements. Based on the perspective of individual-organization fit, this paper analyzes the internal mechanism of the construction of teaching staff,and draws two conclusions:First,teacher-school fit is a dynamic interactive process and the higher the degree of matching is,the more effective it is. Second,how to grasp the 'degree' of teacher-school matching is the focus of future research.
