Approach to Cultivating "Craftsmanship Spirit" in the Vocational Education of Chemical Engineering

培养工匠精神是新时期社会对职业教育提出的要求,是推进职业教育内涵建设的重要途径。在明确现代工匠精神特征的基础上分析化工行业工匠精神的具体表现形式,认为工匠精神要培养心神、凝聚魂魄、淬炼意志。应从分类分层次招生、创新办学机制、搭设课程体系、构建教学环境等方面进行工匠精神培养。

Cultivating the spirit of the craftsman is the requirement of the society in the new era,and it is an important way to promote the connotation construction of vocational education. On the basis of defining the characteristics of the spirit of the modern craftsmen,the paper analyzes the concrete manifestation of the spirit of the chemical industry and then draws the conclusion that craftsmen have to develop the will, cultivate the spirit and foster the soul. Classifying sub levels of enrollment,innovating school system,setting up curriculum system and constructing teaching environment can contribute to the cultivating the spirit of craftsman.
