摘要
采集广东省2011届至2016届大学毕业生调查数据,分析社会网络之中间人对大学毕业生(下同)就业质量的影响,表明"家庭经济地位""中间人的职务级别和工作性质"与主观满意度呈正相关关系;大学生与中间人是亲属关系比非亲属关系的初次主观满意度更高,进一步验证了强关系理论。
The paper analyses the influence of the intermediary in social network on graduates' employment quality based on the data of graduates from the year of 2007 to 2012 in Guangdong Province. It indicates that there is a positive correlation between the subjective satisfaction and family economic status,position class and the nature of work of the intermediary. If the intermediary is his relative,the first Subjective Satisfaction of the graduate is higher than that of the non-relative,which verifies the theory of strong ties.
