吉林市土地利用变化遥感监测分析

摘要 基于ENVI5.2/Arc GIS10.2软件以吉林市为研究区域,采用1995年、2010年、2015年三期遥感影像进行土地利用/覆盖分类.通过对比三期遥感分类土地利用现状图,分析吉林市土地利用动态变化及原因.研究结果表明,应该加大对耕地的保护力度,加强对城乡、工矿及居民用地的计划和管理,科学合理地规划土地利用,实行和完善土地管制制度,鼓励和推进土地整理、土地开发和土地复垦.除采用强有力的法律、经济、规划等手段外,还需要对土地利用情况进行遥感监测,实时关注土地利用变化情况,有效预防土地滥用等现象,保证各用地类型的均衡发展,促进土地利用效率稳步提高. Based on ENYI5.2 / ArcGISlO. 2 softweire and taking Jilin city as the research area, the paper used three remote sensing im-ages of the year of 1995, 2010 and 2015 for land use/cover classification. By comparing the remote sensing classification charts of the three periods, it analyzed land utilization changes and the causes in Jilin. The findings indicate several aspects. Firstly, the farmland protection is supposed to be enlarged. Secondly, what should be strengthened are the plans and managements to the cities and country-side, the industry and mining area, as well as the residential land. It is essential to manage land utilization scientifically and reasona-bly ,implement and perfect land management system, as well as encourage and advance land consolidation, land development and land rehabilitation. In addition to adopting powerful means of laws, economy, management and so on, it is of great necessity to carry out re-mote sensing monitoring to the land utilization situation, pay attention to the changing situations of land utilization, prevent the land from being abused effectively, ensure a balanced development of all types of land, and promote the steady improvement of land utiliza-tion efficiency.
