我国旅游发明专利现状及对策研究

Present Situation and Countermeasures of Tourism Invention Patent in China

通过对我国旅游授权公告发明专利的统计,分析其在IPC分类、国别分布、专利续期、专利存活时间、同族专利和被引用次数等方面的发展现状,总结出我国旅游发明专利种类较多、分布较广,国际化程度较高、社会影响较大以及生存能力较弱,经济效益较低等特点.在此基础上,提出提高申请人基数、扩大旅游发明专利国际化范围、加快旅游发明专利的转让与实施等促进旅游发明专利发展的对策建议.

Based on the statistic data of China＇s tourism invention patents in the authorized announcement, the paper analyzed the de-velopment status of tourism invention patents from the aspects of IPC classification, country distribution, patent renew, patent survival duration, patent family and the number of citation. Several characteristics of tourism invention patents in China are concluded as fol-lows ：the category is abundant and the distribution is relatively broad ; the level of internationalization is high, the social impact is large and the capability of survival is relatively weak; and the economic benefit is low. On this bas is , the paper puts forward some sugges-tions for the promotion of tourism invention patent development ： improving the basic number of people applying tourism invention patents ,promoting more tourism invention patents to be internationalized, and accelerating their assignment and application.
