供给侧改革背景下我国云计算产业发展现状与对策——以河南省为例

Current Status and Countermeasures of Cloud Computing Industry Development in China under the Background of Supply-side Reform——A Case of Henan Province

云计算是近几年信息技术产业界最火热的技术之一。在供给侧改革背景下,从产业经济学中前向联系与后向联系的理论视角出发,深入分析当前我国云计算产业发展的现状,并以河南省为例揭示我省当前云计算产业的现状,以及未来发展的趋势。

Cloud computing is one of most popular technologies in the field of information technology industry in recent years. It has greatly changed the business model of the information industry in the world, and it can be accessed, expanded, and charged at any time and at any where. This paper introduces cloud computing technology from the macro level. Then it further analyzes current development situation of cloud computing industry in China from the theoretical concept of “demand and forward linkage” and “input and backward linkage” defined in industrial economics under the supply-side reform background. Finally, it reveals the development status of cloud computing industry in Henan Province and provides suggestions on future development.
