摘要
乡镇干部是联系人民群众的桥梁,是党和国家在基层的代言人,是建设社会主义新农村的中坚力量。而今,乡镇干部在需求方面存在物质需求缺乏、精神需求得不到保障、无法实现自我价值等问题。针对乡镇干部的需求现状,运用马斯洛需求层次理论从生理需求、安全需求、社会需求、尊重需求、自我实现需求等方面探寻激励路径,以期激发乡镇干部的积极性、主动性和创造性,推动基层的长久稳定发展。
Being bridges to link people, township cadres are also the representatives of the party and state at the local level and the backbones of building a new socialist countryside. Now the problems of township cadres, demands exist in: material needs are lacked; spiritual needs are not guaranteed; self-values can unable to realize. According to the current situation of the demand of the township cadres, it,s crucial to use Maslow,s hierarchy of needs to explore incentive path, stimulate enthusiasm, initiative and crea-tivity of township cadres from physiology, safety, social, respect and self-realization to promote the long-term stable development of the local level.
