基于租还行为特性的公共自行车调度优化研究 被引量:1

Scheduling Optimization Research of Bicycle Sharing System Based on Character of Its Rent-return Behavior

摘要 文章分析了公共自行车租赁行为特性,在此基础上提出了"分区调度、总量控制,动静结合、错峰调度"的公共自行车调度总体思路;对区块划分的步骤进行了分析,提出空间聚类的区块划分方法;根据公共自行车租还历史及预测数据,提出了高峰时段采用站内调度、下架囤积、随时补充的静态调度方法,平峰时段采用实时调度的动态调度方法。以衢州市公共自行车系统为对象进行了实证研究,结果表明基于租还行为特性的公共自行车调度方法是一种行之有效、操作性强的调度方法,有效地解决了衢州市公共自行车"租车难、还车难"的问题。 Firstly, rental character of sharing bicycle system is analyzed, on this basis, public bicycle schedulingmethod with strategies as upartition scheduling, total amount contro combination of dynamic and static state, peak - alternationregulation^. then steps of block subdivision are introduced and block partition method - spatial clustering is putforward; According to renting history and forecast data of sharing bicycle system, static scheduling method “ on - sitescheduling, the shelves of hoarding, at any time add^ are carried out at peak hour while at flat peak dynamic real - timescheduling method is adopted. Public bicycl system in Quzhou is taken as the object for empirical research, the resultsshow that scheduling method of bicycle sharing system based on character of its rent - return behavior i an effective andpractical scheduling method, which can effectively solve the problem likedifficult to rent and return the Rental bicycle existingin Quzhou public bicycle system.
