摘要
从个体层面出发,探讨员工跨部门的知识分享行为与其绩效之间的关系,以及这一关系中员工对知识获取的影响。研究结果显示:员工越频繁地与其他部门的同事分享知识与经验,也越能从中获得别人所分享的知识。无论是对跨部门知识进行传递还是吸收,都能在提高员工工作绩效的同时提升人际关系。然而,如果员工无法有效获取知识,则无法对其工作绩效产生正面的影响。员工在公司内分享与获取知识受到组织文化的影响,因此应该创造信任支持的文化氛围,以促进员工的分享行为。
The purpose of this research is to discuss the relationship between trans-department knowledge sharing and job performance of employees,and the Mediating Effect of Knowledge Acquisition in this relationship.The results of the research areFirst,the more frequently employees share knowledge,the more knowledge acquisition.Second,both have positive impacts on the double dimensions of job performance.Third,knowledge acquisition totally plays the mediating role between them.Last,organizational culture also plays the moderating role between them. Therefore,the organization should establish an atmosphere of trust and support,to reinforce knowledge sharing behavior of employees.
