摘要
介绍了西铭矿原有旧风门系统不能满足矿井通风系统中起隔断、引导和控制风流的作用。因此对其进行了技术改造。新系统合理地安设通风设施,减少风巷漏风,提高有效风量,为工作面输送了新鲜空气。阐述了通风建筑物、新旧风门结构原理和西铭矿风门电子自动化系统使用的优势。实践表明,系统改造后解决了原有问题,提高了工作效率,确保了矿井通风安全。
The existed air door system in Ximing coal mine do not meet the requirements of cutting,guiding and managing the airflow in the underground ventilation system,So transformation engineering carried out. The new system is reasonably installed with the advantages of reducing possible air leakage,improving the effectiveness of air flow,it is conducive to better exchange the fresh air for the mining face. The advantages of the new system are expounded from the aspects of building,air door structure and electronic automation. Practice shows that the implementation of the new system improved the efficiency and guaranteed the safety.
