摘要
医疗新技术是医院保持创新与可持续发展的重要组成部分。随着医疗服务市场竞争的进一步加剧,促使医院需要加快提升医疗服务实力,努力构建自身品牌,并通过品牌经营提高外在形象。而医疗新技术的开展,可有效提升医院的竞争能力,为医院品牌形象塑造提供有力支撑。文章通过分析开展医疗新技术的重要意义,探讨了医疗新技术在医院品牌构建与服务形象营造中的作用,并提出加强医疗新技术应用的伦理审查与过程监管;强化医疗新技术应用中的人文关怀;加强新技术应用的沟通交流等建议,以期通过医疗新技术打造医院的品牌,实现医院技术实力与品牌影响力的双提升。
New medical technologies are an important component for a hospital to maintain innovative and sustainable development. As the competition in medical service market is further intensified, hospitals are impelled to accelerate the enhancement of medical service strength, strive to build their own brands, and improve their images through brand operation. On the other hand, the implementation of new medical technologies can effectively raise the competitiveness of hospitals and provide a powerful support for hospitals to build brand images. By analyzing the significance of the implementation of new medical technologies, the paper discusses the role played by new medical technologies in building the brand and service image of a hospital and brings forward several suggestions, including strengthening ethical review and process supervision over the application of new medical technologies, enhancing humanistic care in such application, and intensifying communication and exchanges about such application, with a view to achieve improvements both in technical strength and brand influence of hospital through brand building by virtue of new medical technologies.
