摘要
针对10k V配电系统小电流接地方式和故障选线装置的选取,文章对国内中性点接地方式和选线装置基本原理、优缺点以及应用情况进行了梳理总结,并对不同接地方式下不同选线原理装置进行了RTDS仿真和现场试验测试,测试结果表明:不接地方式下,暂态法选线装置选线准确率较高;消弧线圈接地方式下,暂态法和稳态法选线准确率均较低,无法满足选线要求。
For the issue of selection of Small current neutral grounding mode and fault line selection technologies in lOkV distribution power system, this paper summarizes the basic principle, advantages and disadvantages, and applications of the neutral point grounding mode and the line selection devices. In addition, this paper has also carried out RTDS simulation and field tests for different fault line selection devices in different neutral grounding types. The results show that fault line selection devices developed with transient technology has higher accuracy than stationary technology in non-grounding system. However, the performance of both technologies is not good in arc-suppression coil grounding system.
