摘要
农村配电网线路数量众多、分布广泛,多处于环境恶劣的微地形微气象高寒山区,易遭受雨雪冰冻天气的影响出现倒杆断线,线路融除冰是解决其覆冰倒杆断线的有效方法。文章结合湖南地区多年抗冰的经验,系统地介绍了农村配电网抗冰方法,包括交直流融冰方法、交直流融冰装置以及人工除冰方法。针对农村配电网特点,提出了一套全方位的农村配电网融冰体系及融冰原则,可有效指导农村配电网线路的抗冰工作,融除冰方法和体系在湖南小沙江地区应用良好,起到了明显的效果。
Rural distribution network with large numbers is widely distributed, mostly located in cold highland area with harsh environment of micro-terrain and micro- climate, which is easy to result in tower dumping and line breaking, suffering from rain and snow freezing weather. Melting and de-icing is an effective method. Combing with years of experience in anti-icing in Hunan, this paper systematically introduces the methods of melting and de-icing in rural distribution network, including AC/DC melting method, equipment and artificial deicing method. According to the characteristics of rural distribution network, a set of comprehensiveice-melting system and principle is proposed, which can effectively guide the anti-icing work of rural distribution network. The anti-icing system and principle has been taken in Xiaoshajiang of Hunan and has played a significant effect.
