比索洛尔联合常规治疗对慢性肺心病伴冠脉病变中的疗效 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨比索洛尔联合常规治疗对慢性肺心病伴冠脉病变患者的临床疗效。方法将医院收治78例慢性肺心病伴冠脉病变患者随机均分为常规组与联合组,各39例。两组均给予常规治疗,联合组另给予比索洛尔治疗,比较两组治疗前后心电图QT离散度(QTd)、血管内皮功能[血浆内皮素(ET)、血栓素2(TXB2)、一氧化氮(NO)]、心肺功能[左室射血分数(LVEF)、左心室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)、用力肺活量(FVC)、第1秒钟用力呼吸量(FEV1)]。结果治疗前,两组QTd和心肺功能无统计学差异(P>0.05);治疗后,两组QTd均明显缩短,LVEF明显增大,LVEDD、ET、TXB2明显降低,NO明显升高,仅常规组FVC、FEV1均明显降低(P<0.05),且联合组的QTd和心肺功能改善幅度明显大于常规组(P<0.05)。结论比索洛尔联合常规治疗可明显缩短患者QTd,保护血管内皮功能及肺功能,并有效提高心功能。 Objective To explore the effects of bisoprolol combined with conventional therapy on chronic pulmonary heart disease associated "with coronary artery lesions. MeAods A total of 78 patients "with chronic pulmonary heart disease associated "with coronary artery lesions admitted to our hospital "were selected and divided into a conventional group and a combination group (n=39, respectively). The two groups received conventional treatment, and additionally, the combination group was treated with bisoprolol. The ECG QTD, vascular endothelial functions [ET, TXB2 and NO] and cardio-pulmonary functions [LVEF, LVEDD, FVC, and FEV1] before and after the treatment between the two groups were compared. Results Before the treatment, the QTd and cardio-pulmonary functions in the two groups showed no significant difference (P 〉 0.05); after the treatment, the QTd in the two groups shortened significantly, LVEF increased greatly, LVEDD, ET and TXB2 decreased greatly, and NO increased significantly; the FVC and FEV1 in the conventional group decreased significantly(P 〈 0.05). The improvement of QTd and cardio-pulmonary functions in the combination group was greater than that in the conventional group (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Bisoprolol combined with conventional therapy can significantly shorten the QTd in patients, protect vascular endothelial function and pulmonary function, and effectively improve cardiac function.
