鼻内镜下微波与激光治疗顽固性鼻出血的疗效对比

Comparison of effects of nasal endoscopic microwave and laser in treatment of epistaxis

目的对比分析鼻内镜下微波与激光治疗顽固性鼻出血的效果。方法选择医院诊治的顽固性鼻出血患者80例,随机分为微波组和激光组,微波组采用鼻内镜下微波治疗,激光组采用鼻内镜下激光治疗。比较两组的术中出血量、止血时间和治疗效果。结果微波组的总有效率为92.50%,明显高于激光组的75.00%(P<0.05);微波组的术中出血量和止血时间均明显少于激光组(P<0.05)。结论鼻内镜下微波治疗顽固性鼻出血,可以有效降低术中出血量和止血时间,治疗效果明显优于激光治疗。

Objective To compare the effects of nasal endoscopic microwave and laser in the treatment of epistaxis. Methods A total of 80 patients with epistaxis admitted to our hospital were selected and divided into microwave group and laser group. The microwave group was treated with nasal endoscopic microwave and the laser group with endoscopic laser. The intraoperative blood loss, hemostatic time and effects between the two groups were compared. Results The overall response rate(ORR) in microwave group was 92.50%, which was significantly higher than that(75.00%) in the laser group(P < 0.05); the intraoperative blood loss and hemostasis time in the microwave group were significantly less and shorter than those in the laser group(P < 0.05). Conclusion Nasal endoscopic microwave can effectively reduce the intraoperative blood loss and shorten hemostasis time, and has better effect than laser on the treatment of epistaxis.
