氧化应激环境中自噬相关基因对内皮祖细胞功能的影响

摘要 自噬于1962年由Ashford和Porten提出并命名后,由于其在抑制肿瘤及细胞内新陈代谢等方面的重要作用,而逐渐成为研究热点.自噬相关基因（autophagy relatedgene,ATG）是一类调控自噬的保守性基因,目前从酵母中发现的ATG有30多种,其中大多能在哺乳动物中找到其同源物.
