江苏省开发区产业链经济评价研究

Study on the Economic Evaluation of the Industrial Chain in the Development Zone of Jiangsu Province

开发区作为江苏省经济增长最快、经济外向度最高、高新技术产业最密集的区域已经成为江苏经济和社会发展的最大亮点,成为江苏经济发展的顶梁柱。省内各级各类开发区已经成为各地创造就业、增加税收、促进地区产业转型升级的重要途径,是区域经济的排头兵。然而,在开发区起承转合的发展过程中,受到内外因素的制约,也面临着"后开发区时代"所带来的种种威胁,存在职能定位混乱、发展和竞争优势下滑、产业链增值缓慢等发展困境。以江苏开发区产业链为研究对象,总结归纳出江苏开发区产业链经济发展中存在的主要问题,并结合当前各开发区实际情况提出对应的发展建议。

The development zone of Jiangsu Province as the fastest growings export-oriented, the most intensive areas of highest tech industry has become the biggest highlight of Jiangsu economic and social development. All kinds of development zones have become an. important way around to create jobs,promote the transformation, and upgrading of regional industry, and to increase tax, which is the vanguard of the regional economy. However, in. the process of development of Development Zone, restricted from internal and external factors, it is also facing the threats of Post De-velopment Zone era, such as function, orientation, chaos, development and competitive advantage decline, industry chain, value-added slow dilemma. This paper takes the industrial chain, of Jiangsu Development Zone as the research objects summarizes the main, problems existing in. the economic development of the industrial chain, in. Jiangsu Development Zone, and puts forward the corresponding development suggestions according to the current situation, of the development zone.
