高邻位酚醛树脂的制备研究

摘要 通过对酚醛树脂(PF)的结构定性和定量分析,探讨了不同合成工艺条件对PF结构的影响。研究结果表明:PF经90℃反应50 min和碱性(pH为9.0)催化后,其羟甲基的邻对位比值相对最大(为5.33);当温度为90℃、pH为10和反应时间延长至1.5 h时,聚合度仅增加0.14,酚醇缩合平缓;降低反应温度(60℃),得到的聚合度(为1.30)和羟甲基的邻对位比值(为3.3)均低于90℃时的反应结果。 The structure of phenolic resin (PF) was analysed by qualitative and quantitative methods, so the influences of different synthesis technology conditions oil structure of PF were discussed. The research resuhs showed that the methylol ratio of ortho position to para position in PF was relatively maximal (5.33) when PF was reacted at 90 ℃ , 50 rain and alkaline catalysis (pH value at 9.0). The polycondensation between phenolic and alcohol was slow because the polymerization degree was only increased by 0.14 when temperature was 90 ℃, pH value was 10, and reaction time was extended to 1.5 h. After reducing reaction temperature to 60 ℃ , so the polymerization degree( 1.30 ) and the methylol ratio(3.3) of ortho position to para position were lower than those of reaction results at 90 ℃.
