摘要
本文从美国商业银行高管薪酬机制建立健全的历史沿革出发,以美国上市商业银行CEO薪酬数据为样本,研究分析了高管薪酬总额、结构以及高管薪酬在银行业内外的公平度情况,并归纳总结了美国商业银行高管薪酬机制发展过程中值得借鉴的经验。
The essay first reviews the history that how US commercial bank sets up a sound executive payroll system, based on the payroll data samples of those CEOs of US listed commercial banks, we study the total payroll amount, payroll structure, fairness of payroll within and outside bank industry. Finally, we sorts out those experiences worth learning during executive payroll mechanism history of US commercial banks.
