随着经济增速的放缓和经济结构调整的深化,信贷资产质量压力与趋势、风险管理机制改革、不良资产处置等面临更加严峻的挑战。本文研究了浙江省温州市自金改以来破解企业担保圈风险的具体举措及成效,温州实现从"风险先发"到"率先突围"的转变可为国内相关领域改革提供示范与借鉴。

With the slowdown of economic growth and the deepening of economic restructuring, there is a fact that credit asset quality, risk management mechanism reform, the disposal of non-performing assets are facing more severe challenges. This essay studied the specific measures and the achievements in Wenzhou to crack the risk of enterprise guarantee circle since financial reform. The result shows that Wenzhou has achieved from the risk first to take the lead in the transition which provides demonstration and reference for the reform of related domestic fields.
