In the modern society, listed companies dominate an important place in national economy. Whether they can operate in the standard way and optimize operation efficiency is significant to protecting investors＇ interests and promoting healthful development of national economy. However, in recent years the crime committed by listed companies is on the rise, which seriously infringes upon legal rights of market economic corporate bodies. As such, how to regulate quoted companies＇ business behaviors becomes an important subject of law enforcement departments.
