摘要
"阳光警务"是公安机关管理工作的创新模式,其将办事制度、办事程序、办事过程、执法结果等最大限度地向社会公开,让人民群众检验执法活动的合法性,提升各种执法和管理行为的公信力。"阳光警务"对增强警员规范执法意识,改变部分基层单位及警员对群众呼声与需求漠视、无视的情形,促进执法规范化建设具有重大意义。
Transparent policing, a new management mode of police agencies, tries to make known to the public to the greatest extent working systems, procedure, working process, law enforcement results and etc. to make it possible for the public to check the legality of the law enforcement and to improve the credibility of both law enforcement and management. It is also significant that transparent policing can correct first-line agencies＇ and policemen＇ s ignorance and neglect of the public demands so as to promote the standardization of law enforcement.
