论基层公安机关新媒体建设的策略——以上海市公安局浦东分局为例

互联网技术的飞速发展和网络交流工具的更新换代,催生了新媒体在人们日常生活中的应用,新媒体的使用大大改变了人们的生活方式,人们获取信息的方式不再局限于报纸、广播、电视等传统的媒体,而是全方位、多方面地获取信息。在全球化的今天,新媒体成为人们找寻生活信息、表达个人思想和参与社会、国家事务的重要平台,特别是微博和微信等的出现,使人们对网络新媒体的话语权掌控更加有力,社会发展、国家建设、人民生活水平的提高都充分表现在新媒体上。新媒体的话语权具有不确定性、广泛性、无权威性、开放性、即时性等特点,这在某些方面对现代社会的发展起到一定的促进作用。在新媒体广泛运用、全媒体时代到来的大背景下,公安新媒体建设应从个体账号的运营和维护,转到整体框架的谋划和建设上来,以推动公安新媒体建设走长效发展之路。

The new media have the right to speak uncertainty widespread, no authority, openness, immediacy and other characteristics, the new media as a newly developed class of things, and in some aspects of the development of modern society play in promoting role, but the contradictions of new media and traditional media is gradually revealed, the two are incompatible inevitably produce conflict, which the government manage the new media has brought some difficulties. The public security organs should make the transition from the old conception to the new and take precautions against criminal calamities. At the same time, the public security organs should lay solid foundations for increased production, constantly bring forth new ideas in technique defense and be bold in putting things into practice and blazing new trails.
