专业教师引进是民办高职院校可持续发展、培养适应经济社会发展的高素质技术技能型人才的关键。通过对民办高职院校专业教师引进的现状和造成的影响进行分析,探析制约民办高职院校专业教师引进的关键因素,进而提出解决民办高职院校专业教师引进困难的对策。

Professional teachers＇ introductions are a key point to sustainable development and cultivate high- quality technical and skilled talents who can be adapted to Chinese economic and social development in private higher vocational colleges. Through an analysis of status and effects from professional teachers＇ introduction in private higher vocational colleges, key factors are found out existing in professional teachers＇ Introduction in private higher vocational colleges. On this basis, the solutions to the factors are put forward.
