新时期高职院校学生工作现状分析与建议

Reflections and Suggestions on the Students Work of Jiangsu Higher Vocational Colleges in the New Period

高职院校承载着培养技能型人才的重任,而学生工作是高职院校人才培养工作的重要组成部分,直接影响到教育教学、社会服务、文化传承、技能培训和优良学风的塑造。当前,在学生管理工作上面临着生源质量下降、网络媒体发展多元、"95后"大学生成为主力等一系列新的挑战,通过分析当前高职学生思想现状和学生管理工作现状,提出了创新工作理念,科学谋划顶层设计;加强队伍建设,提升业务修养;树立大学工理念,形成工作合力;把握工作主旋律,提升工作实效性等建议。

Higher vocational colleges carry the important task of cultivating the skilled talents, and the students work is an important part of personnel training, which directly has effect on the education and teaching, social service, cultural inheritance, skill training and the fine study style. At present, there are a series of new challenges in the student management work, such as the decline of the quality of students, the diversity of online media development, and the students who were born after 1995 become the main force. Though learning the experience of vocational students management in recent years and doing research on student management work among the national model or the provincial model higher vocational colleges in Nanjing, Changzhou, Nantong, Yangzhou, Yancheng and other regions, this paper analyzes and summarizes the current situation of vocational college students work in Jiangsu nrovince and nuts forward relevant suggestions and opinions.
