摘要
通过对S企业在库存控制方面存在的问题汇总,深入剖析S企业的生产需求预测、准时制采购、企业生产物流模式运行、供应商管理等工作过程,试图通过实施准时制生产模式为企业库存管理寻找改善策略,提高企业核心竞争力,使企业组织高效运行。
In this paper, through the summary of existing inventory control in S enterprises, in-depth analysis of S enterprise production demand forecasting, JIT purchasing, operation mode, enterprise production logistics supplier management process, through the implementation of JIT production mode to seek the improvement strategy for the enterprise inventory management, improve the core competitiveness of enterprises, the enterprise organization efficiency. Inventory control is an important way for modem enterprises to reduce production costs and improve the competitiveness of enterprises.
