三聚氰胺改性树脂涂饰薄木饰面板工艺研究 被引量:9

摘要 以薄木饰面板为基材,涂饰三聚氰胺改性树脂,经热压后在薄木饰面板表层形成一定厚度的树脂胶膜,并利用正交实验法研究装饰工艺中热压温度、热压时间、涂胶量和预固化时间4个因素,对三聚氰胺改性树脂涂饰薄木饰面板的表面粗糙度、附着力和耐磨性等性能的影响,确定出最佳的固化工艺参数,优化装饰工艺,改善传统装饰板耐磨性差、易翘曲和工艺复杂的问题。实验结果表明,胶膜附着力等级均达到2级及以上,耐磨性均达到了优等和一等。对三聚氰胺改性树脂涂饰薄木饰面板的性能影响大小为:热压温度>热压时间>涂胶量>预固化时间。最佳的固化工艺为:涂胶量450 g/m^2,预固化时间15 min,热压温度160℃,热压时间为120 s。 Veneer decorative board was used as the basic material and painted using the melamine modified resin. A certain thickness of resin film was formed on the surface of veneer decorative board after hot pressing. Effects of hot pressing temperature, hot pressing time, glue spreading content and pre - curing time on the surface roughness, adhesion and resistance of surface coatings were investigated by using orthogonal test method. The best curing process parameters were determined and the surface quality of the veneer decorative board was improved. The results showed that the film adhesion level was above level two and abrasion resistance were up to the superior and class one. The results of range analysis demonstrated that the order of various factors from the most to the least was hot pressing temperature, hot pressing time, glue spread content and pre - curing time. The optimal process parameters were glue spread content of 450 g · m^-2 , pre - curing time of 15m i n , hot pressing temperature of 160℃ and the hot pressing time of 120 s , respective-lyly.
