模拟户外风速装置设计

Design of the Emulated Device for Outdoor Wind Speed

摘要 叶片是风力机整体设计中的重要环节,其性能的好坏直接决定风力机的发电量。对叶片在风力机整体设计环节中的重要性以及风轮尺寸决定风电场的发电量进行了研究,设计了一种模拟户外条件并提供不同大小风速的装置,以检验设计的叶片模型在不同风速条件下的性能。首先介绍了该装置的具体结构以及工作原理,包括直筒内部设计、光圈结构、底座结构以及电路系统等。然后分析了该装置在设计过程中所需考虑的关键问题,包括圆柱之间距离、电机安装位置、风流过圆柱产生的噪声以及风叶尺寸的限制等。最后确定了该风速装置的设计规格和主要参数。结合风轮尺寸和叶片设计要求,风机内部可以安装不同直径的通风管,以检验叶片性能。利用数值模拟并结合Origin软件,模拟设计了一组不同直径的通风管,绘制了风速与通风管横截面积的关系图。结果表明,该装置可提供的风速范围为6.8~56 m/s。 Blade is very important part in the overall design of the wind turbine, its performance directly determine show many electricity the wind turbine can generate. The importance of the blade in the overall design of wind turbine,and the relationship between generation capacity of the wind farm and the sizes of wind wheel are studied, and the emulated device is designed for providing outdoor conditions with difference wind speed, to detect the performance of blade model designed under different wind speed. Firstly, the specific structure and operational principle of the device are introduced, including the internal design of straight tube, the structure of aperture, the pedestal structure and circuit system. Then, the key issues to be considered in the process of design are analyzed, including the distance of the cylinders and motor installation location, noise produced by wind in cylinder and the restrictions of sizes of blade, etc. Finally, the specification of the wind speed device and major parameters are determined. Combining with the size of wind wheel and design requirements of blade, the pipes with different diameter can be installed inside the device, to test the performance of blades. By using numerical simulation and the Origin software, a set of ventilation pipes with different diameter are designed, and the diagram of the relationship between wind speed and cross - sectional area is drawn. The results show that the device can provide 6. 8 ?56 m/s wind speed range.
