摘要
随着互联网通信终端设备的多元化发展,各类终端设备的功耗参差不齐,需要对终端设备功耗进行精确分级和可靠供电,这对有源以太网的供电技术提出了严格的要求,为此设计了一种适合在极端工作环境下的高稳定性以太网供电(PSE)装置。通过PSE电源管理芯片对受电设备进行设备检测、功率分级以及供电和状态监测管理,对关键控制信号进行抗噪声、抗浪涌、抗电磁干扰等处理,并对通信接口电路进行抗雷击设计。极端环境模拟测试表明,该PSE供电装置具有对终端设备功耗需求精确定级、抗干扰能力强、效率高、稳定性好、可靠性强、可恢复性高等优点,随着互联网终端设备对不同功率特别是大功率消耗的增加,能够有效解决不同终端设备的功耗需求。
With the diversified development of the Internet communication terminal equipment, the power consumption of various kind of terminal equipment is uneven, so it is necessary to accurately classify the power consumption, and reliably supply power for equipment. This, bring strict requirements for the technology of power over Ethernet, for such purpose, the highly stable power sourcing equipment ( PSE) that suitable for working in the extreme environment is designed. Through PSE power management chip,the detection,power classification,and state monitoring and management of the powered device (PD) can be conducted. In addition,the processing of anti - noise,anti - surge,and anti - electromagnetic interference,etc. ,can be done for the key control signals, and the anti - lightning is designed for the communication interface circuit. The test of extreme environment simulation shows that the PSE proposed has many advantages, such as accurate classification of the power consumption of terminal equipment, high anti - interference capability, high efficiency, high stability, high reliability and high recoverability, it can also satisfy the power consumption requirement of different terminal equipment, especially the high power consumption equipment of the Internet terminal equipment.
