摘要
从企业内部资源视角,利用调研数据实证分析了资源拼凑与双元创新协同性的关系,以及环境动态性对两者关系的调节作用。结果表明:资源拼凑与双元创新协同性及其两个维度(双元创新平衡性、双元创新互补性)均正相关;环境动态性正向调节它们的关系。
From the perspective of enterprises internal resources,this paper uses the survey data to study empirically the relationship between, resource bricolage and dual innovation, synergy and the moderating effect of environmental dynamics. The result shows as follows ： resource brico-lage is positively related to dual innovation, synergy and its two dimensionsCdual innovation, balance and dual complementary innovation.） envi-ronmental dynamics plays a moderating role in. these relationships.
