摘要
建立高效液相色谱-电化学法测定紫草中紫草素、乙酰紫草素、去氧紫草素、异丁酰紫草素、β,β-二甲基丙烯酰紫草素5种萘醌类衍生物的含量.实验结果表明,在优化的色谱条件下,紫草中5种主要电活性物质均得到较好分离,线性范围均为0.020~10.0mg·L^(-1),相关系数R均大于0.99.该方法简便、高效,灵敏度高,重复性好,对实际样品分析获得了满意的实验结果.
A reliable and sensitive method using reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography-electrochemical detection(HPLC-ECD)is established for the simultaneous determination of five electrochemical active naphthoquinone derivatives(shikonin,acetyl shikonin,deoxyalkannin,isobutylshikonin and β,β-dimethylacrylshikonin)in Arnebia euchroma.Under the optimized conditions,good linear relationship between the ratio of peak area and the concentration is obtained in the range of 0.020 ~ 10.0mg·L^(-1) by using luteolin as the internal standard.The correlation coefficients are more than 0.99.The proposed method is simple,efficient,with high sensitivity and well repeatable.It can be applied to determine the content of five compounds in Arnebia euchroma with satisfactory results.
