The determination of management diagnosis scheme plays an important role in today’s enterprise management. This paper presents an evaluation method of management diagnosis scheme based on modified artificial neural network. This method combines the single factor weighting and artificial neural network to improve the evaluation program,to achieve a comprehensive,objective,reliable and intelligent enterprise diagnostic program evaluation. The test cases prove that this evaluation method can effectively distinguish the pros and cons of the level of the program,simplify the original lengthy process methods,and enhance the science of the evaluation.
