结合我国法科教育的现实状况及各国法学教育教学改革,对社会功利化背景下法科生学习力的培养问题做了详细探讨,提出法科教育应树立学习力文化新取向,形成教学主题、改革理念、学习者动机三位一体的新教学模式,并重构法科教育评价体系,强化评价体系的发展功能.

Based upon the foreign teaching innovation and the actualities of higher law education in China, this article narrates the question of the education of study of law undergraduates under the background of utilitarianism,and suggests the author’s own opinions.
