企业文化在高职思想政治理论课教学中的应用

A Study on the Application of the Enterprise Culture in the Teaching of the Course of Ideological and Political Theories in Vocational Colleges

根据当前高职思想政治理论课面临的新情况,提出无论是基于社会主义核心价值体系的角度,还是基于校企合作的角度,优秀企业文化与高职思想政治理论课教学都存在相融性。对如何将行业企业文化融入高职思政理论课教学进行了探讨,提出要在课堂教学中渗透企业文化,在社会实践教学中突出企业文化。

Based on the new situation of the course of ideological and political theories in vocational colleges, this pa-per poses that the excellent enterprise culture can integrate with the teaching of the course from the perspectives of both the socialist core value system and the school-enterprise cooperation. In addition,it discusses about how to in-tegrate the enterprise culture of a industry into the teaching of the course as well as presenting relevant measures like infiltrating the enterprise culture into the classroom teaching and highlighting the enterprise culture in the teaching of social practice.
