新常态下电力类专业学生创业教育实施路径初探

A Study on the Implementation of the Education of Business Start-ups for Graduates of Power-Related Majors in the New Normal

基于电力类专业毕业生就业创业的背景,分析电力类专业实施创业教育的必要性和毕业生创业的必备条件,提出构建"创业基础、创业认识、创业实战"于一体的"三层金字塔形"递进式创业教育模式,运用翻转课堂教学模式,全面普及创业基础教育;创建理实一体的创业教育课程体系,夯实创业认识教育;打造校企合作模式下的创业模拟环境,实现创业实战教育。

Based on the backgrounds of the employment and business start-ups for graduates of power-related majors, this paper analyzes the necessity of the education of business start-ups for them and relevant essential conditions. It also proposes the establishment of a “three-level pyramid-shaped” progressive mode for it integrating the founda-tion, the cognition and the practice of business start-ups. In addition,it presents such measures as using the uflipped classroom” teaching mode to popularize the education of the foundation of business start-ups,building a “theory- practice^ integrated curriculum system for the education of business start-ups to solidify the education of the cogni-tion of business start-ups, and creating a simulation environment for business start-ups based on the mode of school- enterprise cooperation to realize the education of the practice of business start-ups.
